Ohh the many ways to serve one can of sauerkraut to 7 people. White rice, can of diced tomatoes, grilled onions and sauerkraut with turkey sausage. It looks like paella from Spain ...sort of. All from a RV size kitchen. We went to Bethany CRC. Saw many friendly faces. We plan to visit some people this week. 50 degrees and full southwest sun....hike later.
