Spring Break 2013 - Surf City, NC

Happy Easter.  We are home from vacation.  It was a bit cold on the Atlantic shore this time of year...but the company made up for it.  Highlights from the week:  walk in Bond Park behind Carol & Paul's home in Cary, wind, a lot of good home cooked food, waves, walks to pier, wind, lateral thinking games, wind, thrift stores, memory game, arm wrestling competition, wind and rain, sea food restaurant, warm deck, Michelle came from Boston, egg hunt, Jack and Jill movie, chex mix and Steph's cookie dough.  We left on Thursday to get to Mt. Airy (Mayberry RFD) for ice cream...it was pouring rain and cold :(  We saw it and then drove a bit farther.  The Interstate slowed and then closed due to rain/sleet and dumb drivers.  We got a room and drove the rest on Friday.  Good Spring Break.
